OFFICERS 2022-2023

Lisa Berlin

President

​The President presides at all meetings of the general membership and also the Board. She develops the agenda for each Board meeting.  She directs, supervises and has control over the business and affairs of the Club and its officers. She helps the Board determine yearly direction and goals for the Club.

​Liane Mair

Vice President

The Vice President acts in place of the President when the President requests.  She attends monthly Board meetings and presides at Board and/or general meetings in the absence of the President. She works closely with the President and other Board Members to ensure the proper conduct of the Club’s business.   She leads special initiatives at the request of the President and compliments the President to provide the best possible leadership for the Club.

Gretchen Carpenter 

Treasurer

​The Treasurer is responsible for the Club’s finances.  She receives all monies due to the Club and disburses monies by order of the Board. She keeps accurate accounts and records of financial transactions. She attends monthly Board meetings and submits a monthly financial report.  She develops an annual budget in conjunction with the President. 

Liz Lively 

Secretary

The Secretary is responsible for keeping accurate records of all business transacted at general meetings and Board meetings. She attends all Board meetings and provides all Board members with minutes of monthly meetings by email.  She also retains a list of Committee Chairs and Committee Members developed annually after the membership renewal period.  She carries out correspondence as requested by the President. She sends greeting cards, as appropriate, to the general membership and Board members.  ​

Darcey DeRose

Advisor

​The Advisor assists the President and Board by providing direction and clarification when requested.  Usually a past president or someone who has been very involved in Club activities for several years, she helps the officers and Board to understand Club history with respect to goals, activities, etc.
